Salam and greetings IMS-ian students,
As what we did year before, surveys had been conducted since IMS were born. But, during the past, it were being printed and distributed to each and one of you (What a waste!). This time around, we have decided that, in order to improvise and to avoid tree-being-chopped-down-much-more-often, starting this semester onwards, all surveys will be done ONLINE via the links that will be provided to all of you later on. Please kindly fill in the surveys as allocated for you per list below. Please make sure that you key in your ID number (COMPULSORY) for our record. This is to ensure that you give full co-operation to us and to be reported back to the highest management. The process is as simple as A, B, C. This survey only take few minutes of your entire life. Well, more or less will take less than quarter of your time facebook-ing :) . So, what you should do is :
1. Click on the link provided
2. Based on the survey that you need to fill it (please check will class reps or Ms Zuhaira if you are not sure on which survey to key-in). Click on it and start to answer the survey
3. Once you have done with it, click Finish.
The dateline for this survey will be end of this week (Sunday, 11th July 2010). Please take this survey serious as it is the only way for us to improvise our School and the management team. We put high hope for your co-operation and kindness to give us full support to ensure this surveys went out very well. As you can see, in each form, there will be Lucky Draw prizes. Do key-in your email address and we shall notify you if your email were selected among the luckiest at the end of each semester.
