Due to recent event turnout, it is important for me to remind and emphasize that for the next posting each and everyone of you do the following
- Please confirm your attendance everyday with your group leader, for every sessions of the day (BST, seminar, lecture, ward work, CP, CSL, tutorial etc). Make sure you sign the attendance sheet. If your group leader unavailable, mark your attendance to assistant group leader.
- Group leader need to double-check the attendance sheets with each and every group members for any discrepancies before submitting it to IMS office by the end of posting.
- Make sure your attendance more than 80% in every posting. Please submit your MC or excuse letter if you plan to not attend any session.
And understand this
- Been barred form EOP exam Year 4 considered ZERO mark.
- For progression from Year 4 to Year 5, you need to pass all postings.
- Though there is no limit for failure in EOP exam but please bear in mind that it will affect the continuous assessment marks for Year 5 Professional Exam 3. It will carry Aggregate Score 20% in total mark.
